1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the one-time purchase of the PolishMaster Formula, a 20-part digital course. The Formula is sold through Gumroad and delivered through the PolishMaster Student Portal at app.polishmaster.co. Where a purchase was instead made through the PolishMaster collection on Patreon, that purchase is delivered within Patreon and this policy applies to it in the same way. The Formula is not a physical product, so there is no item to mail and no physical return shipping.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee
The Formula is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is also shown on the product listing. To request a refund, email support@polishmaster.co within 30 days of the purchase date. Include the email address used at checkout and, where available, the receipt, order confirmation, or license key issued by the platform you purchased through, so that the purchase can be identified.
3. How refunds are processed
A refund is issued by the platform that processed the original payment — Gumroad, or Patreon — and is returned to the original payment method. That platform's own processing timelines, together with those of your bank or card provider, determine when the money appears in your account. PolishMaster does not hold payment-card details and cannot return funds by any other route.
4. Access after a refund
Access to the Formula is tied to a valid purchase.
For a purchase made through Gumroad, the Student Portal re-checks the purchase status with Gumroad when the account is used. After a purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the linked course access is withdrawn when a re-check detects the change; removal may not be immediate.
For a purchase made through the Patreon collection, access is managed within Patreon and ends in accordance with Patreon’s own arrangements for that collection.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not exclude or limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
