1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the one-time purchase of the PolishMaster Formula, a 20-post digital Collection accessed through Patreon. It is not a physical product, so there is no item to mail and no physical return shipping.
2. Purchases made on the Patreon website
For an eligible web purchase, sign in to Patreon, open Billing History, select the payment, and submit the refund request within 60 days of the original payment.
Patreon reviews and decides refund requests under Patreon's Refund Policy. A request is not an automatic approval, and approval is not guaranteed.
3. Purchases made through Apple iOS
Apple handles refund requests for purchases made through Apple's in-app purchase system. Submit the request through Apple's Report a Problem service. Apple communicates the decision and status directly.
4. Platform process
Checkout and billing are provided by Patreon, and the applicable platform process must be used. Keep the payment record and any information requested by Patreon or Apple when submitting a request.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not exclude or limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Patreon also states that purchasers and creators remain responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
