1. About these terms
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you purchase the Formula, the terms of the platform that processes your checkout — Gumroad, or Patreon — also apply to that checkout and to billing. PolishMaster is operated from Turkey and the site is available to visitors globally.
2. The digital course
The PolishMaster Formula is a one-time purchase of a 20-part digital course. It contains the educational system, reference paths, and printable files described on the main site. It is not a physical kit, and no physical item is shipped.
There is no membership or subscription. The course is delivered through the PolishMaster Student Portal at app.polishmaster.co, where you sign in with an email link or a Google account.
Where the Formula was purchased through the PolishMaster collection on Patreon, the course is delivered within Patreon instead, and the Student Portal is not involved in that purchase. The scope of the course itself is the same in either case.
3. Checkout, billing, and access
Checkout for the Formula is provided by Gumroad, which handles payment processing, receipts, and license keys. Where a purchase is made through the PolishMaster collection on Patreon, Patreon provides checkout, payment processing, and receipts for that purchase instead. Review the order summary and the applicable terms of the relevant platform before completing payment. Questions about payment processing or platform operation may need to be handled through Gumroad or Patreon directly, as applicable.
After a Gumroad purchase, sign in to the Student Portal with the email address used at checkout and the portal matches the purchase to your account. If you sign in with a different email address, you can link the purchase from the portal's Account page using the license key from your Gumroad receipt. Each purchase is for use with a single Student Portal account; do not link or share one purchase across multiple accounts. After a purchase made through the Patreon collection, access is managed directly within Patreon and no Student Portal account is required.
Course access is tied to a valid purchase. For a Gumroad purchase, the portal periodically re-checks the purchase status when the account is used, and if a purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the linked course access is withdrawn when a re-check detects the change; removal may not be immediate. For a purchase made through the Patreon collection, access follows Patreon’s own arrangements for that collection.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website and purchased course for learning and for applying the documented techniques to your own projects. Do not reproduce, republish, distribute, sublicense, make the paid content publicly available, or share paid account access unless PolishMaster gives written permission or applicable law allows it.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
5. Tools, materials, and safety
Surface finishing can involve abrasives, powered tools, primers, coatings, solvents, dust, and other products. Follow each manufacturer's label, safety data sheet, ventilation requirements, protective-equipment instructions, fire precautions, and local rules. Test products and techniques on a spare part or hidden area before applying them to an important project.
The educational content does not replace product-specific instructions, professional training, or your own assessment of the material, tool, workspace, and process.
6. Surface results
No specific finished appearance or surface outcome is promised. Material, print settings, geometry, preparation, safety practices, tools, coatings, technique, cure conditions, and lighting can all affect the result.
7. Third-party services and products
Gumroad, Patreon, and any linked product manufacturer or external website operate under their own terms. PolishMaster does not control those services or replace their instructions. A link or reference is provided for context and does not change the safety or usage requirements set by the relevant provider.
8. Refund requests
The Formula is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests are handled as described in the Refund Policy, and a refund is issued through the platform that processed the purchase.
9. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rules may apply based on where you live. These terms do not select a court or legal system that overrides those mandatory protections.
