1. About these terms
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you purchase the Formula, Patreon's terms also apply to checkout, billing, and access. PolishMaster is operated from Turkey and the site is available to visitors globally.
2. The digital Collection
The PolishMaster Formula is a one-time purchase of a 20-post digital Patreon Collection. It contains the educational system, reference paths, and printable files described on the main site. It is not a physical kit, and no physical item is shipped.
A Patreon membership is not required for the one-time purchase described on this site. Access is provided in the purchaser's Patreon Purchases area.
3. Checkout, billing, and access
Patreon provides checkout and billing. Review the billing summary and Patreon's applicable terms before completing payment. Questions about Patreon's payment processing, account controls, or platform operation may need to be handled through Patreon.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website and purchased Collection for learning and for applying the documented techniques to your own projects. Do not reproduce, republish, distribute, sublicense, make the paid content publicly available, or share paid account access unless PolishMaster gives written permission or applicable law allows it.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
5. Tools, materials, and safety
Surface finishing can involve abrasives, powered tools, primers, coatings, solvents, dust, and other products. Follow each manufacturer's label, safety data sheet, ventilation requirements, protective-equipment instructions, fire precautions, and local rules. Test products and techniques on a spare part or hidden area before applying them to an important project.
The educational content does not replace product-specific instructions, professional training, or your own assessment of the material, tool, workspace, and process.
6. Surface results
No specific finished appearance or surface outcome is promised. Material, print settings, geometry, preparation, safety practices, tools, coatings, technique, cure conditions, and lighting can all affect the result.
7. Third-party services and products
Patreon and any linked product manufacturer or external website operate under their own terms. PolishMaster does not control those services or replace their instructions. A link or reference is provided for context and does not change the safety or usage requirements set by the relevant provider.
8. Refund requests
Refund requests are handled through Patreon and are subject to the process described in the Refund Policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
9. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rules may apply based on where you live. These terms do not select a court or legal system that overrides those mandatory protections.
